The Crosby S-13326 SHUR-LOCĀ® swivel hook combines a positive locking latch with an anti-friction bearing that allows the hook to rotate freely while supporting a load. Designed for use with wire rope and Grade 80 or Grade 100 alloy chain, the bearing swivel helps reduce twisting in lifting assemblies while making it easier to orient and position loads during overhead lifting operations.
The recessed trigger sits flush with the hook body to help protect it from accidental damage, while enlarged thumb access makes the latch easy to operate. Each hook is forged from alloy steel, quenched and tempered, individually proof tested to 2-1/2 times the chain Working Load Limit, and fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit.
Crosby S-13326 SHUR-LOCĀ® bearing swivel hooks are ideal for crane blocks, wire rope slings, chain slings and other overhead lifting assemblies where frequent rotation under load is required. The anti-friction bearing allows the hook to rotate smoothly while supporting the load, helping reduce twisting in the rigging assembly and simplifying load orientation. The positive locking latch provides additional load retention for demanding industrial lifting applications.
