Product Overview

The 3M™ E-A-R™ E-A-Rsoft™ Yellow Neons™ Corded Earplugs (311-1250) are among the most trusted disposable foam earplugs used in industrial hearing conservation programs. Designed with a soft, slow-recovery polyurethane foam, they compress easily for insertion and gradually expand to create a secure, low-pressure seal inside the ear canal.

Their bright neon yellow color allows supervisors to quickly verify compliance on the jobsite, while the attached vinyl cord helps reduce loss and makes it easy for workers to temporarily remove and reinsert the earplugs throughout the workday.

With an impressive 33 dB Noise Reduction Rating (NRR), these earplugs help protect workers exposed to high noise levels while remaining comfortable enough for extended wear. They are compatible with the 3M™ E-A-Rfit™ Validation System, allowing employers to verify individual hearing protection performance as part of a comprehensive hearing conservation program.

Why Choose 3M E-A-Rsoft™ Yellow Neons™ Earplugs?

Hearing loss caused by excessive workplace noise is permanent but preventable. The 3M E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neons earplugs are designed to make hearing protection comfortable enough that workers are more likely to wear them correctly throughout an entire shift.

The soft foam minimizes pressure inside the ear while providing excellent noise attenuation. Their slow expansion allows for easier insertion, helping workers achieve a proper seal for maximum protection. The attached cord makes these earplugs especially useful for employees who frequently move between noisy and quiet areas, reducing the chance of misplaced earplugs and improving convenience.
