Available in 1/4-, 1/2- and 1-ton capacities, the CX Series is designed for light-duty lifting applications in tight, elevated or difficult-to-reach locations where a conventional hand chain hoist may be too large or cumbersome.
An aluminum body with an internal steel frame provides strength while keeping overall weight low. The built-in load limiter helps protect the hoist against damaging overload conditions, while efficient gearing, a metal chain guide and Grade 100 nickel-plated load chain support smooth operation, low hand-chain effort and dependable service life.
Harrington CX mini hand chain hoists are well suited for duct installation, plumbing and heating work, crane maintenance, machinery service, automotive repair, fabrication, plant maintenance and other light lifting applications. Their low weight and compact dimensions make them especially useful for overhead work, confined spaces, portable tool kits and locations where installation access is limited.
A metal chain guide promotes smooth load-chain travel, while strong hook latches with safety tips help retain properly seated attachments under slack conditions. The powder-coated body resists corrosion, chipping, fading and wear. Standard 10-foot and 20-foot lift height options cover common applications, with nonstandard lift heights and hand-chain drops available upon request.
